Hi, I'm Dr. Amanda M. Crisel. As a Certified Wellness Practitioner, Doctor of Pharmacy, and PeriMenopause Coach, I serve women in their 30's and 40's who are struggling with the symptoms of pre- and perimenopause and who want to improve their mood, energy, and overall well-being.
My unique approach integrates scientific and clinical knowledge with evidence-based research and whole-person wellness strategies to identify practical, personalized, holistic approaches that work with your lifestyle and needs.
We work together to address symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, weight gain, joint pain, and more by focusing on the root causes, which include hormone imbalance, nervous system dysregulation, and inflammation.
My mission is to transform the perimenopause experience from a time of uncertainty into an empowering journey of self-discovery and renewed vitality. I'd love to work with you to create a comprehensive wellness plan that fits your needs.
